Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Sellify Studio. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Sellify Studio ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sellify Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
3. Credits and Billing
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to use AI-powered tools. • Free plan users receive a limited number of credits per month at no charge. • Paid plans provide a monthly credit allocation as described on the Pricing page. • Credits on monthly plans reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credits on annual plans roll over for up to 12 months. • All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: • Upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights. • Generate, upload, or distribute adult, NSFW, or sexually explicit content of any kind. • Generate or distribute non-consensual intimate images or deepfakes of real people. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models. • Circumvent usage limits or access controls. • Use the Service to train competing AI models. • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or its servers. The generation of adult, NSFW, or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited on this platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you upload remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested output. Output images generated by the Service are owned by you, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may use output images for commercial purposes on paid plans. Free plan outputs include a watermark and may not be used for commercial purposes. The Sellify Studio name, logo, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to deliver functionality. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLIFY STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any unused credits are forfeited upon termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Sellify Studio operates.
